Start by exploring the Garden Room 118 and 158 — their dimensions, exteriors, interior layouts, and the ways other customers are using them. If you have questions, our team is one quick message away.

Submit a short reservation form — basic project details, address, intended use, and a $500 reservation deposit through secure Stripe checkout. This holds your place in our build and delivery queue. The deposit is refundable before final order confirmation, subject to the reservation terms.

After your reservation, our team reviews your property — backyard access, ground conditions, and local rules — then sends you the layout and footing specification. Pour your concrete footings and level the area where the Garden Room will sit. (Helical piles or deck platforms are available alternatives depending on your site and climate.)
Delivery & install
Your Garden Room ships to your site as a flat pack. Follow the included step-by-step instructions to assemble the structure on your prepared footings, then connect electrical service. Electrical connection options vary by location and must comply with local electrical codes — a licensed electrician may be required. Most builds take a small team a few days from unboxing to walkthrough.
Make it yours
Finish your Garden Room by adding decking around the entrance, bringing in furniture, lighting, art, and the details that turn it into your office, gym, studio, or lounge. We can recommend trusted local partners for decking and interior fit-out if you’d like a hand.
